HYROX has us in a chokehold and we aren’t shy about it. As a gym, we’ve fully caught the HYROX bug because we genuinely don’t see this as a “new fitness trend.” It is our sport — one that’s built smart, built to scale, and built to stick around. Did you know that our gym- was the first HYROX affiliated gym in the Madison area.

What we love most about HYROX is how it brings everyone into the same arena in a way that just works: elite athletes chasing seconds, and beginners chasing a finish line they never thought they could reach. Same race. Same format. Different starting points. That blend is magic.

HYROX was designed with human movement patterns, athletic development, and real-world functionality in mind. Each station targets foundational movements humans are built to do.

The HQ Madison was Madison’s first Hyrox Affiliated Gym and with this affiliation we work hard to train intentionally and offer our members affiliate only perks

  • HYROX races are known to sell out fast, sometimes within minutes. As part of an affiliated gym, our members receive early access registration codes, giving you the opportunity to secure your spot before general public sales open.

  • Our HYROX classes are led by coaches who are Level 1 HYROX certified and trained through the HYROX Academy framework. That means your programming is rooted in official race standards, movement quality, and strategic preparation. We focus on building strength, engine, and skill using the exact movements you’ll see on race day — so you walk in confident and prepared.

  • You can’t simulate race day without race day equipment.

    While many gyms approximate the movements, we train with the real thing. From sled pushes and pulls to wall balls, carries, and ergs, our setup allows you to run full race simulations with official standards and transitions. That means smarter pacing, cleaner execution, and confidence built through repetition under real conditions.
