JK Club - Online
Starting at $99/month

The JK Club is a digital fitness community through the Circle app
Included for free to all in-person training clients
Monthly workout programs made for any gym or at home + accountability support
50+ women cheering you on inside the community

Direct access to Jenn and coaching tips

Women who want a clear, structured training plan without the guesswork.
Inside JK Club Online, you get monthly programming you can follow at home or in the gym, built-in accountability, direct access to Jenn for coaching support, and a private community of women who show up and cheer each other on.

Think of these as random openings Jenn has for new, past, or current clients to grab a spot when it fits their schedule.
Each session is fully customized to what you want that day—whether that’s a full-body lift, dialing in squat form, mobility work, Hyrox prep, or anything else you need most right now.
You show up with a goal, Jenn builds the session around it, and you leave with more confidence and a clear next step.
